Job Description:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Although prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is not required for this position, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues they may have.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and empathize with their concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in the system.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling different types of customer inquiries.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers, if applicable.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales goals.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues or escalations.
